With the MCU’s newest entry days away from hitting theaters worldwide, it may be time to brush up on your Marvel Cinematic History.
While most of the MCU can be found on Disney+ there are a few key entries that are inaccessible on the platform for one reason or another. To view the MCU in its entirety it will be necessary to dust off your Blu Ray collection or other alternate source
Regarding the now famous post credit scenes, only the ones relevant to the overall MCU narrative will be included. This means that things like alternate cuts for in-movie scenes will be left off this list. You can watch these scenes with the films they’re shown with unless otherwise specified
Captain America: The First Avenger

Set in 1945
The best way to revisit the Marvel Cinematic Universe in timeline order is to start with the First Avenger himself. Despite being the MCU’s fifth entry, it is the start of the epic story that now spans twenty-three films
